What do you like best about Cacheflow?

Cacheflow has helped us simplify our processes and created a centralised source of truth for our subscriptions. Previously, we had to rely on multiple systems and manual data checks, which took a lot of time and effort from our teams. Now, we have one location that we use daily across the business.

Our proposals were too complicated and overwhelming. Moving to Cacheflow has given us a clear and easy-to-understand order form for our customers and us. Integrating into Hubspot and Docusign means we have the right data where we need it.

The cache flow team has been so supportive and takes your feedback seriously. During our implementation, they were always on hand to help ensure we got the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cacheflow?

Some functionality is in its infancy. It works, but it could be more customisable to our needs. For example, some of the terminology on the order forms is US-focused, and it can't be changed.

However, we have compromised here as the pros outweigh the limitations, and we constantly see Cacheflow enhance functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We relied on multiple systems that didn't interact effectively. We lacked a single source of truth for subscriptions, leading to frequent back-and-forth communication between teams to verify data and ensure financial accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cacheflow?

As a SAAS Account Executive, I absolutely love cacheflow, it only takes a matter of seconds to create a standard agreement, and maybe 2-3 minutes for a more complex agreement, I.E scheduling expansion, customizing discounts per month, etc.

Secondly, the integration with Salesforce eliminates all the time-wasting of manually filling out closing notes / fields.

It's easily saved myself 40 hours over the past year as before we used just docusign, which made selling complex expansion deals a real headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cacheflow?

There's nothing I do not like about the platform. It's very simply for new customers to fill out and complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reducing the manual workload of the billing & legal team, as contractual language, descriptions, etc are already in there. It also decreases closing time as I can quickly create and share with a customer while still on the meeting, then walk them through the agreement and have them sign while on the call. Before Cacheflow, it was very much a "Great, I'll send you the Docusign by EOD, please review and sign it when you recieve it." Greatly slowing down the sales cycle.

Time kills deals! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cacheflow?

I love having a monthly, quarterly and annual subscription option for our prospects. We also love the integration with Docusign to quickly sign the configurable proposal. It helps us close deals with low friction and honestly the proposal just looks beautiful.

It's super easy to use and the implementation easy and same day. We use cacheflow daily.

We have a external Slack channel with their customer support team so it's really easy to get in contact with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cacheflow?

I don't like having to delete a proposal and make it again for simple things after the proposal is signed, like changing a payment method from credit card to direct debit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is a huge improvement from using Docusign or Hubspot's proposal tool. Everything is so configurable and fast. It's saving us a sales ops hire and our sales reps are quick to get prosposals/contracts out to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cacheflow?

Cacheflow is an easy-to-use proposal software that has enabled our sales team to create their own proposals, cutting out manual processes. The platform syncs well with Salesforce and still allows us to do reporting from Salesforce (one of our requirements). Implementation was easy and the team was very hands-on. In addition, the customer success team is extremely responsive whenever they are tapped for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cacheflow?

Overall, Cacheflow is a great tool. The only problems we've had have been limited functionality regarding having a specific end date vs. a start date and contract length. Although, the team has fixed this and will be releasing a new version of Cacheflow to support this and other features that will make it even more useful to our sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Cacheflow, we had the sales team asking an individual to create proposals. With Cacheflow we now can save that person's time and also have the team create their own proposals. The approvals process also makes us more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
