Bestest thing about C-Zentrix is that it has got easy-to-use UI and the smoothest call management system too. It helps align our customer interactions with various features like autmatic call distribution & monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C-Zentrix Contact Center?

My pain point is the reporting dashboard. It could be more intuitive, as some metrics require extra steps to access. And not to forget the occasional lags during high call volumes that affects our user frequency response time alot, this needs a fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C-Zentrix Contact Center?

Recently used CZ Omni and I liked the user interface and easy integration with other 3rd party tools such as CRM etc. I am impressed with their language (multi) language support and reports. Overall.. great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
