We are using their SME solution. It has been a great experience with their Voice product, Customer support and C-Zentrix solution features like Online Chat

Leased line of telephone is needed. Need a few days of training to get the reports from the dashboard

Bestest thing about C-Zentrix is that it has got easy-to-use UI and the smoothest call management system too. It helps align our customer interactions with various features like autmatic call distribution & monitoring.

**What do you dislike about C-Zentrix Contact Center?**

My pain point is the reporting dashboard. It could be more intuitive, as some metrics require extra steps to access. And not to forget the occasional lags during high call volumes that affects our user frequency response time alot, this needs a fix.

**What problems is C-Zentrix Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

C-Zentrix is helping us a lot to manage very high traffic volume of customer interactions efficiently. For us this reduces wait times, and improves our agent's productivity and gives them time to solve the customer's problem.

Sometime the Cloud of C-Zentrix works slow. Maybe this is impacted due to Internet.

Easy to use cloud telphony for customer service , dedicated agent and amdim portal with robust data for intradepartmental update and feedback. Round the clock custmer service availabulity for any changes.

Have been using Czentrix for well over 7 years and very little to dislike the services. IVR upload should be easy to upload via Admin.

Recently used CZ Omni and I liked the user interface and easy integration with other 3rd party tools such as CRM etc. I am impressed with their language (multi) language support and reports. Overall.. great tool.

Overall everything is good but costing & tech support can be looked at. Otherwise everything is fantastic..

Previously we used to use different softwares for voice & chat but after using C-Zentrix contact center, we have one single (unified) software to use... which helped our agents performance and overall average handling time including FCR.

It is so easy to use software and i also liked that we can provide the customer support as on voice,mail,chat etc that feature is very helpful for us.

when it on high traffic is seam to have some lagging and latency issues which are get solved after some time but it is sometime a time cosuming factor
