What do you like best about Buzz?

The best thing I like about Buzz is it convenience it's really quick to generate and launch multiple multichannel campaigns and manage them. All at one place the automation and suggest and provides distancing and has saved my valuable time like Leads automation. It also automatically records the data of the campaigns which we can use to improve our future. Thank you I personally loved it Nifty feature which I used to add pop-up videos to my LinkedIn messages in order to get more engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buzz?

The few drawbacks I feel it has added that its integration with LinkedIn and hubspot isn't very seamless and is rigged with issues add as it lacks real-time sync with them. I also think it's quite expensive and compare to other platforms which makes it somewhat inaccessible to smaller businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Buzz?

I had a great experience talking to Sam! She was very helpful and patient with me, even though I'm not great with technology, and because of her help I was able to get Buzz going! Excited to continue using the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Buzz?

Quick implementation and ease of integration, easy to use, excellent hands-on account manager with solid strategy advice who is committed to our success, and Buzz is delivering monthly meetings with leads as promised which is resulting in sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Buzz?

The Upsides of Buzz are as follows -

1. The best attribute of Buzz is that one can create and launch much multiple Multi-channel campaigns very quickly while being super efficient. Our team creates several campaigns to check the initial response and modify and continue the best performing campaigns.

2. The automation is phenomenal in Buzz. It provides an awesome automated analysis of the ongoing and finished campaigns which helps in in your future campaigns. It also helps in automating the process of contacting the potential clients.

3. The UI is really great and easy to use. It's learning curve is really low hence, its very light upon a beginner. My didn't find any issue during the onboarding due to its great UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buzz?

The only issues I faced using Buzz are as follows -

1. It's expensive price. This is a huge entry barrier one has to cross which is not possible for many. It then becomes inaccessible for many which leads to them switching to other providers.

2. There are bunch of bugs I have faced which made me question its finishing. Like there are various hiccups in just the loading the dashboard, the integration with HubSpot is another hassle.

3. The organisation and display of campaigns should be improved because it may get sometimes confusing. Also it misses out on recording out the resources used in a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Buzz?

The most helpful features of it are:

1. The ability to launch channel campaigns in an quick and efficient manner is really great. The sign up process is really smooth, making it easy for me to open an account.

2. The powerful automation that it provides and the great helpful analytics also help to track the success of business campaigns, and also generate lead on auto pilot.

3. The user interface is really great and intuitive. It has lots of methods for contacting the potential clients and automates processes as well.

What do you dislike about Buzz?

Least helpful features of it are:

1. There were few bugs like seamless integration with HubSpot needs tobe improved. I was facing issue while integrating it with HubSpot.

2. The organising of the campaigns and the resources can be better, with enhancement of the dashboard as well.

What do you like best about Buzz?

What we like best about Buzz is the Sequence Builder. It allows us to control many details of our process and build it the way we want, very easily. We have also had a great experience with our Customer Success Manager, Isaac. Buzz has been very responsive to any issues we have had. They have added a lot of new, helpful features. What do you dislike about Buzz?

Most limits are due to external factors such as Email and LinkedIn. I'd like to see the reporting capability enhanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
