BusinessMan ERP Pros and Cons

BusinessMan ERP is helpful to our company because it's a way for various departments to get status updates and progress reports. One upside to using BusinessMan ERP is I'm able to see the client's order, accept the job, upload my work, and hand it off to the next person in the pipeline. At the same time, BusinessMan ERP is collecting analytics on time, people & costs. That's pretty cool if you're a manager. BusinessMan ERP takes a bit of training to use. The amount of data it processes is pretty intense, so it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Thankfully, I can look up a client, do my part and move on without getting lost. It would be a lot harder if I couldn't customize my dashboard and have all I need to know right in front of me. We use BusinessMan at my company to allow users from Sales, Project Management, Design, Production, and Shipping the capability to enter and track projects from start to completion. I like that allows for multiple users to see what line items are complete and what are not. At each stage, users can upload support files that relate to the job. One of the things I dislike about BusinessMan is that the interface is clunky and not very interactive. Navigating from area to area is not easy and there is a jumble of unused buttons I assume are from a legacy version. I hear from displeased coworkers that BusinessMan often freezes during data entry and many departments complain about how difficult it is to search and complete line items There are lots of bugs in our version that require manual system maintenance.
