I love how I can see all open orders at one time, as well as all filled orders. This feature makes it super easy when checking to make sure every teammate is placed correctly before running payroll. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud?** If there is one thing I dislike, it would be that I have to click save after making every single change. Other than that, it makes keeping jobs and clients filed away so easy! **What problems is Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to keep track of which teammates are assigned to which assignments. It also makes it easy to view our teammate's direct deposit info when they want to confirm it. ### 2. It has all the integrations we need to run our business effectively **What do you dislike about Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud?** Bullhorn is a little clunky. It works fine but they haven't thought through all of what you would need to recruit effectively. For instance, they do not have a way to track submittals, Interviews, offers, placements all in one report. You have to have 4 separate reports. **Recommendations to others considering Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud:** Make sure you ask about all the reporting you do and make sure it is possible. **What problems is Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to use Salesforce as our contact database for Sales and Recruiting. ### 6. Reporting and custom dashboards are nice. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud?** The email feature is clunky, so I still do all emailing out of Outlook. **Recommendations to others considering Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud:** I would definitely recommend Talent Rover. It is the best staffing/recruiting sales tool I have utilized. In the last five years we have tried 4 different systems, and this is by far the best. **What problems is Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide staffing and consulting for Healthcare IT clients. Talent Rover allows us to conduct all of our business processes in one place from Tales to Placements. Our recruiters and BD people now have the ability to communicate well between each other and get their work done more efficiently. ### 10. Freedom from forced workflow. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud?** 1. Chief complaint is the level of customer service. They rely solely on email and when you ask for a more in-depth resolution, your likely to get a snarky response that has just a hint of condescension. 2. While we probably didn't have a seasoned project manager lead our implementation, now that we new people in admin roles, they prefer not to interact with the new contacts because they just have, as they put it, "bigger clients" to work with on implementations. We have yet to sign-off on user acceptance testing the project manager won't give us the time of day. 3. What they demo and what they deliver is not the same. We asked for something they presented and we got a quote to build what they presented to already have as a timecard option. **Recommendations to others considering Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud:** You may want to consider eRecruit or JobDiva. **What problems is Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a new user, I've found this company to care very little about user engagement and long-term partnership.. ### 11.
