11 Bullhorn for Salesforce Reviews
Adding teammates to and from assignments is made so easy. I love how I can see all open orders at one time, as well as all filled orders. This feature makes it super easy when checking to make sure every teammate is placed correctly before running payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there is one thing I dislike, it would be that I have to click save after making every single change. Other than that, it makes keeping jobs and clients filed away so easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most is that you have all the companies that you are working with or trying to work with in one spot. I also like that you can write notes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a little outdated; it could use a few updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find SalesForce lacking when it comes to ATS - however Bullhorn is a great tool for ATS - so hopefully with some improvements it could be just as good as BullHorn ATS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like using Salesforce and believe it is the best hub for sales and recruiting. It has all the integrations we need to run our business effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bullhorn is a little clunky. It works fine but they haven't thought through all of what you would need to recruit effectively. For instance, they do not have a way to track submittals, Interviews, offers, placements all in one report. You have to have 4 separate reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navigability is excellent. It also allows for customization of our workflow. Reporting and custom dashboards are nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The email feature is clunky, so I still do all emailing out of Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to change and adjust almost anything in the system makes it extremely flexible to accommodate almost any business operations scenario.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support is great but new feature roll-out can be daunting, time-consuming & bug-prone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CRM functionality works nice with recruiting. Freedom from forced workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Chief complaint is the level of customer service. They rely solely on email and when you ask for a more in-depth resolution, your likely to get a snarky response that has just a hint of condescension.
2. While we probably didn't have a seasoned project manager lead our implementation, now that we new people in admin roles, they prefer not to interact with the new contacts because they just have, as they put it, "bigger clients" to work with on implementations. We have yet to sign-off on user acceptance testing the project manager won't give us the time of day.
3. What they demo and what they deliver is not the same. We asked for something they presented and we got a quote to build what they presented to already have as a timecard option.
