Front desk instruction, dashboard tools are easily accessible. The ease of going from the computer site to the mobile app is seamless. The ease of a virtual mailbox within the site to send out daily emails about renovations or water shut off is awesome. Buildinglink has multiple sections that can truly assist you with resident information. It is very thorough and is essential for a concierge. The "dashboard" has pertinent information... everything from "Action Items", "Active Announcements", " Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to learn, easy to navigate, easy to use...what's not to love about BuildingLink. The database we used prior to BuildingLink left us asking "I wish there was software that could...." questions.
