PackageX is an extemely user-friendly application and the best thing is, that we can use it with any type of device, be it android or an iPhone. It is a must have for any reception that receives mail or packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy the control that PackageX Mailroom gives me over the item management. I can easily modify the email that is going to be sent to the recipients after I scan the package label and it also allows me to send reminders to the recipients who have not picked up their packages. This product has really made my life easy. As I receive tons of packages everyday & initially I had to sort them manually using an excel & inform the recipients via individual email. Along with sending them manual reminders to pick their packages up as they often forget to do so. With Mailroom by PackageX all I have to do is scan the packages & notify the recipients in one click. I appreciate the courtesy of the staff and the professionalism, punctuality in the delivery, and handling of the daily operations. I being the office administrator, had previously worked with quite a few service providers, but none of which had such a great user experience and professionalism. My building used to use building link and it was always a hassle when receiving my packages. The staff always had trouble finding items or would say that items had not been delivered.
