What do you like best about Building Logistics?

Its user-friendly App for the packages, you get notified in real-time when your package/parcel arrives. If you are living in a condominium or high-rise building, you get an email / SMS alert as soon as your package arrives at the front desk.

What do you like best about Building Logistics?

I have been using the product for quite some time now and I love the new user management feature. I can now delete and create new users on my own without having to reach out to the support team. I have been enjoying other features such as modifying email templates, setting automatic reminders and package management as well. I love the product and I am fascinated by the new features that are released every now and then. It only improves the experience for us and our recipients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Previously, when we were not using the product, our mailroom staff used to email the recipients and attach the pictures of the package in the email. But when our customers started to increase, the package inflow was simply not possible to handle by our staff so we had to find a solution. PackageX Mailroom was the best fit for us. It took us no time to get started and move all our mailroom operations to PackageX Mailroom. We are happy with the product and we keep looking forward for new features. What do you like best about Building Logistics?

The best thing I like about the PackageX Mailroom app is its simplicity and it being detail oriented at the same time. Our complete mailroom operations are now being carried out from the app and the web dashboard. It covers each and every use case from rerouting the package to checking it out on someone's behalf. Before PackageX Mailroom, we used to keep the packages in the mailroom and the recipients would come from time to time to check if there is any package for them in the mailroom. We could not notify our recipients because we receive a lot of packages every day and it was impossible for us to inform everyone one by one. Now, we can just scan the package label and notify the recipients, and they can pick their packages as per their convenience. Our recipients no longer have to check for their packages. They only come to pick up their packages once they receive the notification email. This has improved our mailroom performance and made our job a lot easier for us. What do you like best about Building Logistics?

We have a lot of inbound packages and we are 5 users in our team. Even if all of us are scanning packages at once from our accounts, it doesn't slow down and maintains logs of all the packages on the dashboard. Package management has never been easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our mailroom was totally manual before PackageX. It was hard for us to keep a record of the incoming packages. We were not able to notify the recipients previously due the huge influx of packages. But now with PackageX, we can notify our recipients and maintain excellent logs without any manual effort. In addition to that, we are totally satisfied with the security of the platform and we never lose any packages. These features makes PackageX Mailroom a perfect fit for our needs. What do you like best about Building Logistics?

I’ve been using the software for almost a year now, and my experience with package management has been much better. Our team used to log everything manually, such as writing down recipient names, typing addresses, and verifying accuracy.
