This is no jokes, I was extracting hyperlink on a webpage to help with our workflow and up our efficiency... a worthy idea, but when I spend more than 24 hours to receive only half of what I was hoping to get, I reached out to them and ask if I was doing something wrong.

They have ignored me entirely. They've even kicked me out because, after 3 weeks of this nightmare, I was getting no help, no assistance, and the bad person in "customer service", instead of helping me resolve my issue and stand behind the product THEY sell. Just emptied my credits so that I can no longer use any of the robots I CREATED.

As per the email I received, my cancelation is supposed to take effect in 2 weeks, and it was written in the email that I could still use the credit until then... but guess what, no more credit, they've EMPTIED it claiming that I have failed at meeting their terms and condition. No specific, still no help, and a sour and bitter taste.

I was already mad, and who wouldn't? You spend hours trying to have a tool work for you and you get 0 help from anyone.

This business is run by a bunch of kids, with next to 0 experience in customer service, in integrity or in the honor to stand strong behind your own product.

They are trying to push their customer to use automatic robot, but guess what, I tried. and the 2 robots worked on schedule, but return any but good data. Seriously, I was targeting a country, and the robots returned results for a different country.

And, obviously, charge me for the work, even if the data was erroneous.

When I told them that, they claim that the robot works fine and to try again... like seriously not even saying we'll credit you for the bad results.

But they are pushing for automation. I want them to be honest about their product and to warn their user that it will take HOURS of your day to get 1 robot to gather 1 page of data from 1 website.

That is not efficient, that is a fraudulent company. Too me, this looks like one of these start up who try to make huge amount of money and then flee to the other side of the planet, in a place where no one can sue them... well, British Columbia has a strong consumer protection agency. Let's see how long they'll stay here after that!

FYI, I left 1 robot open for them to see what erroneous results I was getting, the agent then start using the robot to see if it works. The robot was set for 25 items maximum. The agent ran a task with the robot (and charge me for it), then change the 25 maximum to 100 maximum (So they can charge me more) and ran the robot again to get data. Proud of herself, she emails me saying, your robot works great, I changed the maximum and the data have been extracted.

the data she referred too was 100% the wrong data, again, since the robot was not working properly.

And then they canceled my account. claiming Terms and Conditions issue.

Don't, if you can, don't buy into this crap company. They are not good human beings. Crooks and laziness transpired on every step of the experience I had with them. Horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UX is all point-and-click, and it's incredibly easy to integrate with whatever automation or database you want to use. Everything is no-code, so as a non-technical person I felt empowered to be able to do anything I needed with a bit of learning and testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It may depend on your needs, but I didn't find anything that would limit what I can do with Browse.ai. However, if I must point out something, it would be a lack of taking a screenshot of a precisely (manually) defined area of a webpage. Hopefully, this will come soon. Browse AI is fabulous and has saved us many many days of development time allowing us to focus on the core features of our platform rather than data capture. Customer Support has always been super responsive and very very helpful. I strongly recommend Browse AI to anyone who needs to implement web data capture for their project. The only downside is the inability to edit your robot once it's been created. That said, Customer Support is super responsive and will make any changes you require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to setup a scraper and just set and forget with the monitor, fastest customer support ive witnessed they even helped me with a Robot I set up which had to scrape data ran behind some firewall. Google sheet is important as intergration/; it was fairly easy to map data. set and forget. Get to receive errors in emails if anything happens Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a tool that performs valuable work, data scraping, without the user needing to know any line of code. This has immense value nowadays because, with the spread of AI, more people are not only wanting but especially needing to collect data in a structured way in order to create new metrics, for example, for their businesses, which is entirely my case. The one thing I missed was having many more tutorials, although there are already dozens available. As for the ones that already exist, I insist that they be made for absolute beginners, like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
