What do you like best about Broadvoice?

What do you dislike about Broadvoice?

I signed a 1 year agreement in 2021. My sales advisor tried to have me sign a 3 year but I hate long contracts. She then said OK this agreement is for one year. I read it and signed.

Fast forward to today. I'd like to change my account subscription tier. Except I'm told I can't, I'm under contract until mid 2025. I requested the signed contract. They sent me my original contract but said oh but all contracts auto renew annually. So long story shorter, you can't work with Broadvoice and not be under a contract. Whatever you sign up for means nothing. They will continue to auto sign subsequent annual contracts. I'm already discussing with my legal counsel because my business structure is changing and I'm stuck with this provider unil June 2025.

Advice: Sign nothing until your business attorney vets the contract. I'm a small self employed business and if I paid an attorney to comb this contract, I could have likely avoided this. I didn't think I needed an attorney to sign something as simple as a 1 year phone contract. Boy was I wrong. It's turned into a multi-year contract I'm supposed to buy my way out of or write a letter 30 days prior to renew date. Other providers aren't like this. I can't write them a letter right now and say "Don't renew this contract in June of 2025." They said I have to wait until 30 days prior to the contract end.

I've also discovered that the contract I signed may be illegal in my state of Wisconsin. We have laws here that protect businesses and individuals from contracts that auto renew without notice. Broadvoice has not been contacting me before my renewal date like the Wisconsin state law says they need to. They just auto renew the contract without any notice on the day I opened my account in 2021.

Avoid Broadvoice unless you want to be a client forever.

Technically, the sound quality was clear. I haven't been able to get notifications to work for years. I'm using iOS. It shows a bage number that reflects the number of calls received but won't notify you for waiting voicemails. At this point, I'm just forwarding all my calls to a cell line until I can get away from Broadvoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First, regarding our auto-renewal policy, our Master Services Agreement (MSA) that we provide all our customers includes a clear provision that all annual contract subscriptions, including yours, will automatically renew for a subsequent one year at the same rate. This language was in your Agreement at the time of activation and is aligned with Auto-Renewal laws that disclose these terms at the start of the contract. Rest assured, we are committed to providing transparency and compliance in all our customer agreements and will discuss this further to assist you with any requested changes and to prevent any confusion.

What do you like best about Broadvoice?

We love that we're able to answer and view calls on our cell phones so we don't miss calls just because we're out of the office. It's a seamless integration which gives the user the freedom to answer or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Broadvoice?

The only dislike I have is that the phone line seems to "stall" after around 3 minutes of usage. It cuts out for about 2 seconds and then comes right back. It will do this more than once if one for a long time, not really sure why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had Broadvoice for awhile, but the PBX systems gives us more features that gives the caller multiple options to land where they need. What do you like best about Broadvoice?

Support themselves sometimes take a while to respond, but it isn't all the time. Sometimes they reply emails / calls within minutes or sometimes within hours. But luckily since we have control of our phones via their portal, it isnt much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Broadvoice?

We only have a few employees at the company, but the pricing and structure was very competitive for even a small firm. We also love the versatility the new system provides us. What do you like best about Broadvoice?

Broadvoice Cloud PBX exceeded my expectations! The onboarding process was thorough, and I must say, the implementation/cutover team was nothing short of phenomenal.

The overall experience with Broadvoice Cloud PBX has been exceptionally positive, making them my go-to VOIP provider. The ease of implementation and the outstanding support from the client team have truly set them apart.

What do you like best about Broadvoice?

I love that it can be used through my phone app or on my computer. I use it for messaging, calls, and faxes. Its super easy to use and manage clients. The calls never drop either. The price is great, you cant beat it. I have no complaints about them at all. The customer service is great too. They helped us set up and integrate very easily. What do you like best about Broadvoice?

The BroadVoice interface is simple to use. It is very intuitive and just works. There are a ton of advanced features that can be implemented, but the basic phone system is quick and easy to implement. A Broadvoice engineer will help along the way if necessary. What do you like best about Broadvoice?

I feel Broadvoice offers the best value for what you pay. I like the voicemail to email feature as well as being able to record my calls to come back to for training purposes.
