The system is cloud-based so backup and system maintenance is handled by BriteCore, not by the client. Also, the system is continually being updated and improved. There is no constant "version upgrading" necessary. Last, BriteCore's suite includes all the tools we need to run our P&C insurance business: policy management, quoting and rating, printing, billing, claims management, web portal, mobile app, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been a client of Britecore for about 13 years. The software is great because you have everything in one platform: policy management, claims management, reports and agent quoting. It is a cloud based system, so it is accessible at any time. One of the best things is they are constantly innovating and those innovations are accessible to the Briteocre community. We value the real-time reports we use and those available to our agencies. You can easily monitor your company's book of business, growth, production, commissions and losses. The integrations we have implemented are true time savers such as a printing/mailing vendor and inspections. The team we work with is outstanding and very knowledgeable. Before BriteCore we were doing all the billing manually and it would take a full day just for that. Now we come in every morning and it automatically prints them off and has to fold and mail them. There is always someone that if we have a problem we can usually fix it in a day or 2. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have only been using BriteCore for a little over a year. So far, the only dislike we have with Britecore, is that we can not use it when the internet is down. But that's not britecore fault on that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
