What do you like best about Brikl?

By creating team stores it has helped increase our sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brikl?

It feels like we are constantly having issues with our stores. When it negatively effects our customers experience this could decrease our future sales.

What do you like best about Brikl?

I used Brikl and got to know that there are a lot of different ecommerce platforms. I used to use WooCommerce but noticed that the ease of using this is much more better than all the other ecommerce options out there :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brikl?

As this is not very well known or heard yet it seems like the people would not directly start working with this software and hence i feel integrations and marketing as a company needs to improve. What do you like best about Brikl?

What do you like best about Brikl?

There is so much to say about what I like the best. Simple site design feature, multiple micro-stores under one domain, able to create multiple sites under one account. For other providers, this would include addon costs, or require a different login and new backend.

Then there is the product customization feature with full 3D. This is the direction customers want especially since offering personalized or custom product features is possible with today's manufacturing.

But what I like the best is the ease to get a hold of my account managers, their management and the support teams. I am not talking about online chat with a random support staff member. Since starting with BRIKL over 18 months ago, I have had the same 2 managers looking after me and my account. On top of that, when there is an issue - the support team is very easy to work with and talk to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brikl?

Nothing is perfect and the one aspect that I dislike - and it isn't even a serious dislike - is that some of the features or site customization that older ecom providers can offer are not yet developed. This is, from what I can tell from talking with the management team, is mostly due because they are a young company and things are in development. I cannot wait to see what they will be like in the next 12 months after seeing what they have been able to offer me since I have started with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brikl?

The platform is constantly evolving and adding new features. 3D Studio is a state of the art tool without comparable competitors. Functionality and editing options are far beyond average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brikl?

Some functionality is still missing. Bulk actions and the possibility to open sections in separate windows. This would save a lot of time when working at the backend, gathering order stats and editing team stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brikl?

What do you like best about Brikl?

Brikl is fairly easy to get started with and the user experience is good, their automation of stores saves a lot of time for users giving more productivity for end users. affortable, excellent costumer services, great designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brikl?

Overall with great experience brikl's documentation could be better, Starting from the point while we get started there is no pricing being displayed but we have to contact sales which is not really ideal for users. What do you like best about Brikl?

Brikl has improved our business by making us more efficient at processing orders by eliminating as much human interaction as possible stopping any human errors occurring. It has made purchasing our items easy for customers and allowing us to showcase our products and designs in a more professional manner.

In regard to any questions and queries we have for the Brikl Support Team, they have responded to us within a quick and reliable timeframe. What do you like best about Brikl?

Lost of cool features and possibilities, like the 3D studio and the possibility to create plenty of team stores easily. The support team answers my questions really fast! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brikl?

The software is lacking some really useful features which require hard coding and won't be available in the nearest future. Would be great if we could still get them for an additional price, for example. The content builder needs more customization features and freedom of action. More of the things WordPress would offer.
