What do you like best about Brij?

Ease of use creating new QR code experiences. Can drive to multiple different sites/experiences with just one code -- landing page, shopping, FAQs, videos. The customer service team is extremely responsive and helpful, and implementation was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brij solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brij is allowing us to connect with customers when they find our product on the retail shelf, and can learn more about us. We're also utilizing Brij for SMS rebates to drive increase AOV in store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The core features of Brij are a mobile experience builder, short link builder, QR code generator, rebate generator, and SMS. With Brij, customers have a seamless experience digitally and physically. Brands can speak directly to buyers in retail and Amazon retail. With Brij, customers have a seamless experience digitally and physically. And brands give more value and convert buyers from unowned channels to owned audiences. They have a relationship with their customers beyond the store visit (or unboxing) and it's easy to collect relevant insights to improve product and marketing strategy.

What do you like best about Brij?

Their team is incredible! The founder, Kait, knows her shit and is available at every step of the way to provide amazing customer support so that we as a brand can provide that same support to our customers—in a hands off way. Their product is easy to use, and provides a dynamic experience for our customers and ensure they are enjoying every facet of our product, and delighting them as they do so! What do you dislike about Brij?

There were some technical limitations, but their team was easily able to build workarounds, or innovate on the fly so that it always fit our needs. It's a company that truly listens to their users, and to see that feedback in action is pretty amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brij solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Brij to add QR codes to our producst so that our customer can access all the TUSHY resources in one place—instruction manual, tutorial videos, insider tips, link to website, shopping suggestions. What do you like best about Brij?

Brij has been instrumental in making the retail channel successful for our business. Brij has allowed us to collect customer information from retail channels - where it is nearly impossible to do so - in order to nurture these relationships and increase repeat rate and LTV. What problems is Brij solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brij is doing the following for us:

- Allowing us to communicate with customers in channels where it is otherwise impossible through collection of emails. This has increased our repeat rate and customer LTV.

- Educating the customer on how to use our product through video demonstrations. This has increased our conversions.

- Making the reorder process seamless for the customer. This has increased repeat rate.
