What do you like best about Brij?
Their team is incredible! The founder, Kait, knows her shit and is available at every step of the way to provide amazing customer support so that we as a brand can provide that same support to our customers—in a hands off way. Their product is easy to use, and provides a dynamic experience for our customers and ensure they are enjoying every facet of our product, and delighting them as they do so! Brij has been instrumental in making the retail channel successful for our business. Brij has allowed us to collect customer information from retail channels - where it is nearly impossible to do so - in order to nurture these relationships and increase repeat rate and LTV.
