What do you like best about Brightly TheWorxHub?

I like how I can track various items pertaining to a specific location. I can tie assests, such as appliances, to the residence or other locations. I can also track the Technicians time spent on any given work order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightly TheWorxHub?

TheWorxHub, designed by Brightly Software specifically for healthcare, is the most user-friendly, cloud-based CMMS solution today, combining asset management, compliance readiness, and safety rounding — all into one easy-to-use solution. Sometimes you can get a little lost because it can go into real depth, but once you use it regularly, it's pretty easy. Going in and practicing is easy. I would like to understand asset management a little more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keeping up with work orders and schedules PM's is pretty easy with WorxHub. All hospital staff can access and let us know if there are issues with anything needing repairs or checked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
