While it’s priced a bit steep for small businesses or individual use users. It would be nice if we could get something other pricing tiers or discounts if it’s for long term. Further, some of the more advanced features are steep to learn. The basic functionalities are easy to use, but customizing the deeper options takes some bit of time.
