I am using data from the Bright initiative for several of my research projects. The ease of data retrieval and the support provided by the organization is excellent. The quality of data is also great and highly valuable for researchers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Right now, I do not see any downside to the Bright Data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their proxy solutions (i.e. the Web Unlocker) are exactly what I need in my field of work on a daily basis. They work great, and I overcame significant challenges using these products. All these sound great, but it would not be such a great experience without their constant and top-notch support in solving issues and offering advice. The MVPs of the relationship between my company and Bright Data are, of course, our Account Manager, Marina Matatov: her work enables me to say with remarkable candour that the Cars2click <> Bright Data collaboration is the best one I've ever participated in, and Itamar Efraty: his knowledge of the Web Unlocker inner-workings was instrumental in solving even the most tricky of use cases. During the almost two years of collaboration, Bright Data grew a lot as a business. That means that I was a client of theirs during their internal restructurings. The changes to their ticketing and support systems were confusing initially, and the contact person changed a few times. Going forward, this should not happen again; as far as I understand, Bright Data is now a well-established company. we mostly use this service for scraping portals and websites, and that comes very handy when we are facing bot detection using IPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
limit of residental IPs count per country makes it hard for us to continue using the service for certain portals, for example if that portal detect and mark all of those exisiting ips as a bot, then bots won't work anymore.
another factor we can consider as a disadvantage is that we can't duplicate the zones and that makes hard management of zones and settings.

I've been using their service since April 2021 and paid for 30 residential dedicated proxies from Canada. There were some interruptions sometimes, but overall I would recommend them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not too much to dislike when it comes to working with the Bright Data team. The only improvement I can see the team making is enabling common communication channels that integrate with their clients. i.e., McDonald's Canada predominantly uses MS Teams, it would great to have the ability to incorporate the Bright Data team into our Teams channels.
