If found it easy to request scrapers. I expected some back-and-forth to get exactly the data I need, but the developers got it right the first time. The developers also respond to issue very quickly. I do find it sometimes challenge to configure security access for proxy zones that I intend to be used by a wide range of users/endpoints. For example, almost all my technical users also use VPNs simultaneously, so whitelisting IPs is something that is not useful and very challlenging. Occationally this has made integration a bit challenging.

They do all this for free as a service to the research community. Their team is quite responsive and I always have a great experience with their partnership managers.
