The service quality and the support are excellent.

The trial system is not as flexible as other options in the market that offer you a long time to test the system, but this is easily remediable using the pay-as-you-go modality for small tests.

The only thing that can be improved is Whitelisting part of IPs. Maybe instead of whitelisting, if the only thing needed to be done is blacklisting, would help a lot. As whenever WiFi restarts or we switch places, whitelisting is needed to be done again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we first started using Bright Data, it was evident they were monitoring usage levels and despite being on a pay-as-you-go plan, they made recommendations to switch to a plan that ended up saving us money. Huge Bright Data fan. Things work exactly as needed -- their basic proxy service is fast & cheap. Their Web Unlocker is not cheap BUT works exactly as advertised and saves tons of development time. Support has been lightning fast to respond to requests, even though I'm a pretty small fish in the grand scheme of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't really think of anything right now. Since we are developers too, we first try to make-up on what we are missing right here at our side. (e.g. better monitoring and sucess rate tracking). That said, I think we could use some more of already existing monitoring tools on Bright Data dashboard, for example, to track the requests, success rate and similar, filtered by the target.
