I like how close is the Bright Data service to my everyday style of work. 1. Brightdata worked with us to demonstrate their proxy service, set up a POC, and collect metrics.
2. They gave us time to establish our feature and worked with us to select the right product for our usage.
3. When a data breach occurred with the proxy manager, their website logs helped us track down the gap quickly.
4. Their billing department work with our billing department to set up an invoice/payment schedule that worked for both companies.
