The most helpful thing about Bright Data is the fast services and support when you have related issues. Your supporter will always be available to help you pass the issues you meet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The things that I want to improve from Bright Data are the documents, because the document related a lot things relate so will be better when the source of documents is easy to find out from the user page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their system allowed us to get setup quickly scraping websites. There is little concern for bandwidth or API rate limits, which is a big time saver. Their documentation can be a bit scattered, but once you find the right page it is helpful. Sign-up bonuses were great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They will not answer or even acknowledge some questions. If you ask questions about how often proxy requests fail, they ignore it. If you ask more technical questions about scraping, they will often just ask that you sign up for a higher-tier service. Feels a little like they are just trying to sell more expensive services rather than help you sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quick support response, and the interface is very intuitive. Labeling or implementing a naming convention on all our proxy zones makes it easy for us to manage and incorporate into the virtual browsers we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far, although we have a simple use case. We only use BrightData for residential proxies but lots of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to set up, quick to answer customer support and very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A bit more expensive than the competition, but i guess that's the price of having something that covers pretty much everything that you need related to proxies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Proxies are extremely robust, and allow for use via API, manually, or via chrome extension. BD is also very quick to respond to any suggestions or questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
browser extension only works on chrome, not any chromium browsers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been looking for a company with the same opportunities as Bright Data and found it for a long time. First of all, we were looking for stable and fast IP addresses.
We want to express special gratitude to Alexander Freibert for support, professionalism, and efficiency in resolving any issues, and also thank you for help in technical matters, Ilya.
Bright Data solves most of the issues that used to take us a lot of time. The company and its services are developing very quickly, which is good, as we grow along with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Perhaps the prices, but the company constantly offers discounts. Maybe the cost of high-quality IPs justifies this. There are also some poorly documented technical features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scale. Bright Data helps us scale our data collection efforts across multiple platforms seamlessly, all for a very affordable price. Their proxy service ensures a high success rate for our efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their DIY collector service is tricky to learn if you're not technical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best support from Mr. Diwakar, friendly behavior and urgent solutions to problems. Bright data is a good proxy and also has affordable price points Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Peers not found for some mobile carriers, and please add the Iraq mobile carrier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quality of their residential proxies is simply better than any other provider. We have tried bright data's proxies against many other services and the success rate with bright data is always higher. Their "unblocker" product is also amazing, it takes a lot of the work that we used to do internally and lets them handle it, letting us spend our time and energy on other things. When there is an issue (rarely, especially as of late), their public page that displays service outages will say everything is fine when infact their systems are indeed having issues (and thus we go hunting for an error internally when the problem actually is not with us). That being said, even google and AWS are bad about this sort of thing themselves. I'll also reiterate that bright data very rarely has these issues (I can't recall any in the last 6+ months)!
The price is also slightly higher than competitors but is absolutely worth it to have a rock solid solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
