We dislike that the folders are not previewed in the middle of the page. We have raised this as a suggestion with the Dash team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love how easy-to-use and clean the dashboard is. Our team members and partners are able to easily access our creative library and download the imagery they need in the required dimensions. This saves our team endless time from having to track down the necessary images ourselves and format them based on the requirements. Our imagines are easily organized and we know what is live so unapproved photos don't get into the wrong hands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We really haven't come across anything we don't like about Dash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've been using DASH for several years, and these are some of the key improvements we've noticed:
- An excellent choice for a digital asset repository and organizer.
- Makes sharing easy, organized and controlled through portals, allowing us to seamlessly distribute materials to various stakeholders and project collaborators.
- Simple and efficient workflows and organizational processes.
- Outstanding customer support—always available to help, offering smart solutions that enhance our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- it's not possible to easily and efficiently tag pictures with metadata that has been already fed in DASH
- no face recognition, and the automatic (suggested) tagging isn't well trained

Dash is incredibly easy to use and has made managing digital assets so much more efficient. The search function is a standout – tagging and organising files is straightforward, and it’s super quick to find exactly what you need. The way it integrates with other tools is also a big plus, saving so much time switching between platforms. I also love how it supports collaboration, with features like shared folders and custom user permissions making teamwork a lot smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it’s a great system overall, I wish there were more options for reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right from my first enquiry the Dash team were on hand to help guide through how the system would benefit us and how we could actually use it. It was a breathe of fresh air to have such swift and responsive answers to queries and I felt comfortable taking the project forward.
The UI is simple, easy to follow and the system is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really struggle to think of any... there could be more custom options for types of view when you first login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using Dash for a while, and it's been a game changer. The system is incredibly organized and intuitive, which means I get things done without any fuss. The interface is so user-friendly that I never have to waste time hunting down the right function.
What really stands out for me is Dash's flexibility—it adapts seamlessly to different workflows while keeping everything clear and structured. Plus, it runs smoothly and reliably, so I can always count on it.
Overall, Dash simplifies my work and really boosts my efficiency. I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a powerful yet easy-to-use solution! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love using Dash because it’s super clear and organized. The layout is just right, so I can find everything quickly without wasting time digging around for functions.
It’s also really practical and convenient. Dash streamlines my work, making tasks more efficient and keeping everything neat and structured. Everything feels intuitive, which makes the whole experience smooth.
All in all, Dash is a great tool that keeps things simple and effective. It’s genuinely a pleasure to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dash is very intuitive and user friendly and there really was almost no learning curve and I could get going almost immediately. Also the interface is sleek and uncluttered which helps me to easily organize, searc, and retrieve assets quickly and being able to edit the fields and tag options also totally cut down on my jerking around, especially with such a large number of images and videos. Plus, the team of representatives from Dash is just too quick to respond and solves any problem that I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the search functionality a bit of a pain and it does not always bring the most relevant results and auto tagging can be wrong at times also, causing a need for more cleanup. Add to this not having drag and drop when reordering assets and you have an application that is much more of a headache to organize big libraries in than it needs to be. The game changer here is Dash’s tagging system. Given that it’s completely customizable, we can adjust it to it to suit our circumstances, versus having to bend our situation to fit one solution that includes everyone. This is a great amount of flexibility that makes implementation completely seamless and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Storage limits can be restrictive, but it’s a common issue in the industry. The cost is reasonable given the functionality, so it’s not a major concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dash is an excellent DAM system that is super easy to use and has all the features you need in a premium asset management system. We got setup in just a few minutes. The AI image recognition is great and the organisation tools are straightforward. Sharing photos and assets is as simple as creating a collection of photos or using a smart search and choosing who to share it with. It's a really fantastic bit of software. There's not much wrong with Dash in terms of functionality and features, the biggest down side is the price. It has a reasonable ROI if used with care in terms of the range and quality of assets you upload, but do not look at this as a file storage system - more than a few gigabytes and you're talking $100's per month. We’ve been using this DAM software for a year now, and overall, it’s been a fantastic solution for managing our digital assets. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for our teams to quickly find, organise, and share photos, videos, and other content.
One of the standout features is the ability to download assets in specific dimensions tailored for different social media platforms, saving us a lot of time. Additionally, the system’s ability to track content consent is invaluable for compliance and peace of mind.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with the software. It has helped improve our productivity, keep our content organised, and make collaboration smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't think of any downsides to using Dash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So my favorite feature of Dash is the simplicity of its use. I use Dash every week to download my marketing resources and it's very easy to use, organise and download different images in different formats.
The Dash's customer support service is also very helpful active and reply me promptly.
And one of the main and easiest features of Dash is that it works well with tools like Google Drive making it even easier for me to keep different marketing materials and images in order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Actually, I haven't encountered any issues, errors, or difficulties while using Dash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
