What do you like best about Bridge?

I've used several LMS' throughout my career. This is easily one of the most user friendly softwares ever used. It gives you the complexitity of a high end LMS without the mess of navigating. Everytime I think it will be complicated, it's not! Tons of capabilities, easy data to read, easy to setup. Not much more I can ask for! The set up with their customer service and implmentation team made it seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

I wouldn't call this a downside because they are amazing at updating the tool, but, I would say we offer tons of suggestions because of our experience with LMS' so we understand so cool and helpful features. I think they are good at implmenting those features. Some of the tools, like BAM, are not quite at the advancement we would need them fore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bridge?

When it comes to training and development within an internal database a key thing is to ensure it is easy to navigate so internal employees can utiise and use the platform as easy as possible and that is exactly what Bridge does. It makes it colourful and pleasing to work with and overall a great software to implement when looking to bring in internal use of training and development onto the system. Making it easy to track and notify users for training to do remotely on an onine platform.

Intergrating this into our company was very easy especially when looking to include any more courses or learning journeys it makes the whole process seamless

If there are any issues that occur during the process the customer support is only a click away to get their help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the loading times for journey or authors on the admin side can take a while to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy and appealing the learner experience looks. It is pretty slick. I also love the efficiencies we have gained as an admin team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

There are some product enhancements coming up that I feel will be very beneficial to us - for example, the ability for custom roles to be able to view Programs details without having the ability to edit them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bridge?

The more that I get into the Bridge the more I like it. This LMS is brand new at our company, and I was tasked with becoming familiar with it and moving our current continuous training content over from our existing training site.

Courses are very easy to create; from there, you can tie multiple courses into a Program or a Journey. For example, if I have multiple courses on "budgeting" then each course can be on its own or I can weave each course in a Program since all of the content is related and folks can go in and browse the courses they need to review. I'm starting to work on a "New Hire" Journey where recommended courses per job title, required compliance videos, and checkpoints to download training certificates can be uploaded in one place!

I also really appreciate the Analytics features. For required courses, we can pull overdue courses and share these reports with direct managers so that they can push their teams to go in and complete training.

Currently, we are building it out, and I'm excited to see how it grows as an employee resource. It's a one-stop shop for me and I know I'm only scratching the surface of what I can do or move into the system from my other day-to-day responsibilities as a Training Admin.

Finally, Bridge support is phenomenal! From office hours to asking quick questions in their live chats, I can get my issues resolved fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

At my company, we typically send out Google Calendar invites (with virtual links when applicable) for in-house training courses. Right now, Bridge can tie into our Google Meets and display them on the "Training Calendar" within the Bridge for "Live Training" and folks have to "enroll" in the classes through the Bridge. However, since I already have to create a calendar invite via Google Calendar and send it out to our different teams, tying into the Bridge for "Live Training" would be an extra step for me. Plus, having folks log in to the Bridge, register for the class, and then join online would be having to change company culture. Maybe it can happen eventually, but for now, I wish I could use the "Training Calendar" as more of a training board to display the upcoming in-person or virtual sessions we have scheduled for the month. What do you like best about Bridge?

The platform and UI for both Admin and End-Users is so easy. The backend of the platform is also very easy to setup. I remember the implementation process and required admin training being a smooth experience. The UI was clean and aesthetically pleasing to use. The authoring tool is so simple and easy to use that we never needed a separate authoring solution. You can easily add quiz questions to a course in one spot. Other platforms require you to add a quiz in pieces (first the title, then the question, then each answer). I enjoyed the early on live training courses admin were asked to take. Other LMS platforms mostly have self-paced content whereas Bridge offered both and encouraged/required you to do the live sessions.

Masquerading as another user is a tool I didn't think much of during the sales process but troubleshooting with employees has been MUCH easier with this tool. Then we can see where exactly the employee is stuck on specific slide of a course/how best to help them.

Bridge allows you to preview courses as a learner without automatically enrolling yourself as a learner in the course you're building/testing. This is not a standard LMS feature. As an L&D person, having this feature allows us to build training guides etc. around how to complete the course without needing to go back and remove ourselves from the course or override our existing enrollment. What do you dislike about Bridge?

We left for the cost of the platform and lack of customization. We also found that while Customer Support was very responsive. There were many times where they would say it wasn't a Bridge issue, the SCORM content provider would say it wasn't their issue, and we were left with no solution. An example of this is that a SCORM course would cause learners to be stuck at a quiz question (drag and drop content). Users couldn't progress past this stage and were stuck/requiring to restart the course entirely in another browser.

Bridge doesn't have a clean/easy way for Managers to see where their employees are with required content. This left our L&D team running multiple reports to gather and disseminate this information via email. Another challenge for us is that we had a sub-domain that required us to split up sign ups for ILTs. If we had 40 seats, we'd need to set the limit to 30 in the main domain and 10 in the sub-domain and monitor both. Another challenge was if we sent the direct link to a Manager only course out in our broader communications, a non-Manager could use the link and RSVP for the course. Every LMS has these types of kinks. So we found ways to workaround these.

The other downside is that PDFs don't preview in Bridge. You just have a PDF icon and the only way to view is to download the file. Visually/UX-wise, this isn't what we wanted our employees to experience.

We've recently moved over to Docebo. Now that we're in Docebo, we're finding that it's much clunkier than Bridge (inside and out). Getting learners through a course requires many more clicks that we'd hope for. We've found that the Bridge internal authoring tool is much cleaner. We're now looking into using a separate authoring tool outside of Docebo or their add-on authoring solution to solve for this. There are "basics" we had with Bridge that we assumed were standard LMS features but Docebo doesn't have it. For example if you, as an admin, preview a course in Docebo, it auto-enrolls/overrides your course status to the progress you've made in that testing. This requires you to have two accounts (your admin account where you're enrolled in every course you've tested) and your regular employee account where you have your accurate course completion status. Hi, Sony! We are pleased to hear that you found Bridge's platform and UI easy to use and that it helped with assigning compliance training courses and tracking completion. Thank you for your feedback about the cost, lack of customization, and challenges with customer support regarding your SCORM courses. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to improve our platform and services. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!

What do you like best about Bridge?

Bridge is an amazing easy to use, seamless platform for providing training for a company. You can easily create trainings and assign them to employees which makes the integration on my side very simple. The thing I like the most about Bridge is that you can assign trainings that need to be done with a due date, and you receive notifications if people have not completed them so it is less time for me to have to track who has done what as Bridge does that for me. I also really like that the users can do the trainings on the app which makes it easier for the users to complete in the timeframe they need to be completed. Bridge is a great platform that I would recommend to any business in need of a training system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bridge?

The minimalistic view and simplicity of use, moreover, the authoring tool inside the LMS is pretty neat.

It's mobile-friendly

It's multilingual

Manage users and groups

Update roles and permissions

Update branding

Manage to tag courses

We integrate with a variety of platforms so that you can make all organizations tools work together. Of course, Bridge has a robust API, so you can create the right connections between your applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

The lack of scheduled reports, and the lag during downloading reports

As an admin, we would like better ways to download reports and display the data for our stakeholder in different dashboards

Also, it sometimes crashes due that the SCORM engine they use is sometimes buggy and our courses do not load properly or they just close by themselves Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bridge?

What I love most about The Bridge app is how it simplifies the entire training process while elevating the learning experience.

The Bridge app is like a tailored suit—it fits your organization’s unique needs perfectly. Whether you’re onboarding new employees or upskilling your team, you can craft content that speaks directly to your goals and culture.

It takes the "learning curve" out of learning platforms. With a clean, user-friendly interface, navigating training modules feels as natural as scrolling through your favorite app—no need for extra training on how to train!

With detailed analytics, I get to be the detective, uncovering learner progress, engagement levels, and areas needing improvement. It’s a data-driven dream for anyone serious about optimizing training outcomes.

Goodbye, boring slideshows! The app allows you to integrate multimedia, quizzes, and interactive elements that keep learners engaged and retain more information.

From HR platforms to communication tools, Bridge connects effortlessly with your existing tech stack, ensuring the training process flows smoothly without disruption.

Automation meets personalization—trainers can easily provide tailored feedback at scale, making learning feel more like a mentorship rather than a one-size-fits-all lecture.

Whether learners are at the office, working remotely, or on the go, The Bridge app delivers a consistent, high-quality learning experience across all devices.

In short, The Bridge app isn’t just a training tool—it’s a full-service learning platform that empowers teams and accelerates growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

While The Bridge app offers a lot of fantastic features, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One of the things I find limiting is the lack of advanced reporting customization. While the analytics are solid, having more flexibility to create highly tailored reports would offer even deeper insights into training effectiveness.

Another point is that content creation, while robust, could benefit from additional templates or more creative design options to make the courses even more visually engaging. Also, while the integration options are good, expanding the number of available integrations, particularly with newer tools in the training and HR space, would make the app even more versatile.
