The ability to call record, monitor quality of team members, and monitor accuracy of information provided to clients. It's also very helpful in getting inbound calls redirected to the appropriate number/department and allows us to easily transfer calls amongst team members sitting in different locations. Personally, my favorite thing is the recorded calls. I love being able to go back and have the ease of call recording and pull these phone conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
