Having access to calls, and the ability to see call activity for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that is the most bothersom is: If a call is transfered to you, only the person that picked up the call initialy can download the call in the self serve portal. Using this every day, people should have access to all the calls they were in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
