What do you like best about Bridge Insure?

We love that text messaging is included in our service and integrates with AMS. With a click of a button, text messages will export into our system. What do you like best about Bridge Insure?

I love how simple the systeam is to navagate through text, fax, and call. Those are the iteams agents like us look for and somthing most other providers make complicated. The other that goes hand to hand with the software is the customer support given, they are a great team dedicated to help your issues the same day and always attentive. What do you like best about Bridge Insure?

Call recording is a huge feature that we utilize for client records, along with the information at our fingertip for when calls were received/placed. The e-sign platform is very easy to use and I'm a big fan that it will download the files individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?

I'm not crazy about not being able to pick up the phone for a call regarding support - Meetings have to be filed, but I do understand why. It's definitely not a deal breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use our recorded conversations as 'Proof of coverage changes'. Saves time in obtaining signatures just to make a change. & If we mis-place a note, we can listen to the conversation again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is intuitive and many trainings/tips are provided. Anytime I have a issue or feature I cant figure out on my own I use the chat option and a rep helps me get back on track fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bridge Insure?

The most helpful thing about Bridge is that whenever a problem arises, Bridge Tech Support is always fast at dealing with fixing tickets and are reliable to go to. Having the Bridge phone dialer app makes it a lot easier as well to transfer calls, to receive calls and leave voicemails. Everything is on the app itself. I can even see who is online or offline. What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?

The least helpful thing about Bridge is that if I am an admin, I would like if I had access to change people's status if they are away from their desk or at lunch just so the receptionist is updated if they are at their desk or not especially if they work from home. allows me to be away from the office and quickly return if neccesary. However, If I chose I could leave the area for weeks at a time with light backup for mail issues etc without the public really being aware. We can handle anything that needs to be taken care of with light backup. This allows we to visit meetings etc as I chose.
