I like that it is VOIP and our sales people can download the app to their cellphones so work lines can still be answered when away from the office Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seems to be some reliability issues. We are an insurance brokerage so our folks need to be on the phone a lot. We have quite a few reports of sound issues and calls dropping. The app also just generally goes down a few times per month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to setup and doesn't require a big clunky phone on my desk. Instead, I can use a small sleek one-ear modern looking headset and use my computer (Bria) to dial and receive calls.
