One of the best things about Brevo is that I don't have to pay to store my contacts. I only pay for the amount of emails I send. This makes it convenient to not worry about storage space/limits.
I also really love the feature where I can send out emails over a period of time rather than all at once. This makes building segments less work because I don't have to worry about size or sending multiple copies of the same email template.
It's very easy to use and only took a few brief training sessions to get my team ready. Now they comfortably work in Brevo daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the email automation builder was a bit more fleshed out. It seems like your contacts don't get filtered out based on unsubscribed and just continue to move through the flow (even if they aren't getting emails). It makes the deliverabilty reporting look very low. It would also be amazing to be able to do A/B testing in an automated flow. It would also be nice to have more report pulling capabilities. I use this tool in my previous organization for the email marketing and due to its affordable price I choose this. Brevo has done its job perfectly it manages all of our email campaign, helps in creating good landing pages. We can set up the workflows so that email can sent on there own and automation works amazing. Since I started using Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), the first thing that caught my attention was how easy it is to use, making it totally easy to manage my email marketing campaigns. Creating a campaign takes minutes, not hours; and automation, ufff! It’s a wonder. We set up workflows so that emails are sent out on their own based on what the user does. For example, if someone abandons the cart, they automatically receive a discount email. And it works! You won't find another service that offers dynamic retargeting in the same way as Brevo, which is one of its main strengths. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Template customization is a bit limited. If you want something very specific, you have to get your hands on HTML, and that’s not my thing. I also noticed that when we handle very large lists, the platform can become a bit slow. But well, nothing serious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ce que j'ai aimé le plus c'est la facilité de prise en main : contrairement à d'autres plateformes, l'inscription a été finalisée rapidement (formulaire non fonctionnel sur d'autres sites), j'ai pu télécharger ma liste de contacts rapidement (on peut les séparer en plusieurs listes nommées différemment), et sans aucune formation réaliser mes premiers emails. Je ne m'en sers qu'une fois par mois. Les statistiques sont très utiles pour voir qui a lu son email. On peut aussi programmer l'envoi de l'email quand on veut, ce qui est très très pratique. Les campagnes sont archivées et faciles à dupliquer et à retrouver. On peut aussi s'envoyer des tests avant de faire partir la campagne définitive. Je n'ai pas eu besoin du support client. Il existe de nombreuses autres fonctionnalités que je n'utilise pas (brevo payments, appels, ...). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Le moins pratique est le fait que si on ne veut ne s'inscrire que pour un mois, on n'a pas de rappels sur la date de fin d'abonnement, et donc si on loupe la date, on doit payer un mois de plus... mais tous les sites à abonnement fonctionnent comme ça ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve been using Brevo for a while now, and honestly, there’s a lot to like about it. First off, it’s incredibly convenient—it’s like having all my marketing tools in one place. Whether I need to send out email campaigns, set up SMS marketing, manage my CRM, or even chat with customers live, it’s all right there, saving me the hassle of juggling multiple platforms. The interface is super easy to use, so I don’t need to be a tech expert to get things done, and the customization options for campaigns are fantastic. I also appreciate how they’re constantly updating the platform with new features and improvements; it makes me feel like I’m always getting more value. Plus, their pricing is refreshingly flexible, with a free plan for beginners and affordable options as you scale. For a small business or startup, it’s a solid all-in-one solution. There are a few things about Brevo that don’t quite hit the mark for me. The initial setup can be a bit confusing, especially if you’re not particularly tech-savvy, and I found myself spending more time than I’d like trying to figure out certain features. While their customer support is generally good during the week, I’ve noticed that it’s harder to get help on weekends, which can be frustrating if something urgent comes up. Also, while the platform covers a lot of ground, it doesn’t excel in every area—if you’re looking for hyper-specialized tools for things like advanced email marketing analytics or automation or sales automation, there are other platforms that might do a better job. The SMS + email campaign options are fantastic and just what we needed. It reduced a bit of our "too many platforms" problem.
The support group has been very helpful when I needed their help.
It's pretty darn easy to use. Sometimes I wish it had a little more flexibility with design, but it could definitely be a lot worse.

I REALLY wish it had a website pop up. We had to install (yet another) platform to meet that single need.
Paying per email/chunk of emails isn't my favorite, since we ebb and flow a lot, we change the number of emails fairly often. It'd be nice to not have to do that (I mean, we don't HAVE to, but small nonprofits scrimp and save where we can!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Brevo has a pretty good free plan. It has a daily limit of 300 emails, but no other limits. Their pricing plans are based on how many emails you actually send, not the size of your contact list, like the other platforms. All the basic email features look similar to what the others provide, so this looks to be a pretty cost effective service if you're just getting started and yet still hoping to grow.
I mainly just use it for email marketing so far. I haven't explored or needed other services beyond that, so I can't comment on those features.

It was a little confusing to use at first, but definitely not hard to figure out. Possibly the reason is that I was used to using a different platform, so there's that.

As a small business with a wide range of products, we’ve found Brevo to be an invaluable tool for our email marketing needs. Its simplicity and intuitive interface make it easy to manage even for those who are not highly technical. We particularly appreciate the platform’s ability to handle a large database of contacts and segment them effectively based on the products they’ve purchased. This segmentation feature has allowed us to create highly targeted campaigns, improving our engagement rates significantly. The only downside we’ve experienced is the way Brevo handles unsubscribed contacts. It would be great to have a more robust system to manage and re-identify these contacts, allowing us to reach out to them and invite them to resubscribe. We used HubSpot for years for email marketing. Year after year of cost increases drove us to look elsewhere, and we landed on Brevo. So glad we switched! Brevo's platform is exactly what we need to manage our marketing campaigns. The solution is easy to use. Integration into our customer database was straightforward. When we were onboarding the solution Brevo's support and sales engineers were very helpful.
