I like that BoxBilling is simple and straightforward. It allowed me to do so much all at one. I liked that it supports so much payment methods. BoxBilling's look is amazing and my customers love it. I like that you can generate inconviences super fast and that you can keep track of all tasks to be made (such as setup, support, etc). This allows for a super fast and easy experience and overall makes is very easy for me and my team to keep track of what we need to do. BoxBilling is Open Source meaning we can modify any aspect we don't like, or extend the software to our needs. Its very light weight too meaning that its not too over complex and bursting with features we will never use.

There are a few issues and dumb things BoxBilling does, the worst is that recurred billing does not generate new invoices, so this has be done by a script I wrote instead so that we and the client has an invoice for each payment made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
