The easiness of the platform, it is easy to set up and sign agreements. Pleasant UI as well. Overall, I like SignRequest. I do like that I have a ready-made Excel spreadsheet to download but it could do with some work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I strongly dislike the fact that it keeps taking me back to a template that I don't want to use after I send an agreement. I would rather it took me to the templates page. The resizing of text fields is clunky and at times unusable. The Excel signers and normal document export also needs some adjustments, please separate each signer into their own field. SignRequest provides a basic function all businesses need - online signing of documents. The interface is clean and uncluttered - which makes it simple to use. There is a feature I find myself needing, which is not available yet, but I imagine the platform will continue to offer expanded features as time goes on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is a missing feature - the ability to create a direct link (to embed in an email, for example) to an unsigned document. The platform does have a terrific, customizable reminder feature but when checking in with a customer, I like to be able to direct them, in my communication, where to go RIGHT THEN FROM THE EMAIL rather than write, "look out for the reminder emails from SignRequest." I have not had any issues with it besides some signatures that I have needed in some of the tighter areas on the small side, or it doesn't line up correctly. since we are sending documents to each user individually sometimes when we are sending bulk documents to individual users it gets really hard to manage and track the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the convenience of electronic signatures, as it eliminates person-to-person meetings. It helps in the housing industry when people are moving from out of state. It eliminates missing signatures, snail-mail, and the purchasing of stamps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not fond of the prep time it takes to get the paperwork ready. Especially when there is a lot of paperwork to sign, it would be nice if Sign Request could predict where signatures are needed, and we just adjust who is required to sign on that part. I don't like the blue signatures, as it makes it extremely hard to read when trying to print off paper documents. I also have a hard time with the size of signatures and text. I enjoy the features given when signing or uploading signatures; it provides the user with the convenience to put an authentic signature.

When one person does not sign, or the person who would be signing has to during the process is different, maybe the user in charge of the admin account would have the opportunity to allow to skip or re-send. I wish this were an option, as I have come across several moments where I had to cancel a document and resend them.

I'm very happy that I can upload my own document, and that the pricing is reasonable. For a software I barely use once a month, it wouldn't be worth it to pay more (yet). Of course I hope to need to sign more documents in the future. When it helps me to bring more money in, of course I'd be happy to pay more then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I make more money in the future, I'd be willing to pay more money to have more control over the design of my documents. I'd love to be able to add an 'empty' branded PDF and upload my company font so that I type in SignRequest directly, or better yet, edit previous documents. But as a starting company, skipping this step wouldn't yet save me enough time to make that worth a higher plan; therefore, for now, I'm thrilled with the software as is and wouldn't change a single thing :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
