I've really enjoyed working with Bottle the last few months. I started my store in February and since then, they've made a ton of improvements and enhancements to the system that I really like! If ever there is an issue, I email the team and they respond very quickly and timely. I would definitely use them and keep using them in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have provided feedback to Bottle regarding my specific needs for my business, I believe the feedback has been considered and implemented as needed. I do not currently have a dislike other than it can be limited in functionality for some companies. As a business owner of a meal prep company, it works very well for us! Some items could be a little more user-friendly for the consumer. Would love to have quarterly check in calls to address any questions or concerns. Would also love to see information shared on what is working for other businesses. Like a "best-practices" guide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
