I liked it. It's easy to use, simple to set up guidelines, and straightforward to integrate. From what I've tested, it performs really well compared to many other solutions (though not all). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I'm a bit concerned about is the message limits. I’m not sure if the amount included in the plan I’ll likely choose will be enough, and since I haven’t tested it extensively yet, I don’t know how many issues I might encounter. I figured out how to configure the Botsonic chatbot very easily. I uploaded numerous files for it to use, gave it some instructions, tried it out, tweaked, and now it's live on my website. The Inbox-to-FAQ feature is really novel, and I've used it numerous times to add "better" responses to some questions folks have asked.

As a "light technical" person (programmed years ago, now mostly in meetings and writing emails/articles), I found its setup to be easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the easiest chatbot that also has ai features to implement. I have been trying more than 15 chatbots in the past week and all of them were a headache, but not this one. This is by far the easiest-to-use bot-creating application. in just minutes I was able to not only create my chatGPT-based, bot but also integrate it into my website. the tain and use also works smoothly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The packages could be cheaper, like an intermediate package in between the 10 and 20 dollar range. Also the website scrap tool does not support js, which my website is built on so i can not get realtime data from my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The no-code aspect of Botsonic is really such a fantastic niche. As a consultant, it's sometimes difficult to quickly develop and demonstrate basic solutions for clients on technical platforms. Botsonic allows the user to sign up, lay the ground work, train the bot quickly and get a working concept up extremely quickly. Such an easy implementation. This is great for any company looking to invest into AI bot solutions as it shows very quickly what it might look like, what it will take to get it production-ready and how much effort is required.

As an upside, I find that deploying the bot with just the sitemap is a great way to test if a site is actually providing enough information or the rights information needed to inform and convince. It's hard to complain considering everything you get from a free trial. Just wish there were more messages each month to be able to properly test due to the frequency of using!!

The best part is they give a lot in the free tier. They give options to input files and links. and also customizations and color schemes. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Implementing questions and information is easy and you have proper spaces allocated. The bot is not well trained i mean it used GPT 3.5 but is not good enough. Even though we enter a lot of information it still does not give answers a lot of times. A lot of FAQs has to be provided. All integrations are paid. We have to frequently use it to update the bot since it does not answer all types of questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is what I like the most:

- Training the bot itself can be done in different ways, the easiest way is to just provide a link to the site and that's it.

- Integration of the robot itself on the site is very simple, the service itself already provides ready-made code

- As for the price of the bot itself, you can take a plan for a month or a year, if you take a plan for a year, a discount is given, and the first two months are free.

- There are also tabs: "analytics", where various quantitative indicators are shown, that is, the number of messages used, the number of new users, and so on.

- There is also a tab with the very chats of users with the bot

- It is also possible to create multiple bots that learn on different data, but this is only available for a paid subscription
