What do you like best about BotPenguin?

The very cheap chatbot by botpenguin has many uses. The ease to operate the WhatsApp integration, and the Omni Channel Message Interface which helps build a CRM-like quality in this platform, is just one of many features this product offers. What I love the most about this platform is definitely the price — it's only $5! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There should have been an in App system where you could integrate it inside a Mobile Application so it would help our clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BotPenguin?

BotPenguin helps me to target users who want information immediately.

I have filled FAQs of my product and service and most of the users respond positively and I got their Email, names to contact them about further process. This chatbot is answering FAQs and generating leads for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BotPenguin?

UI needs improvement especially while designing a customized chatbot.

If you can not navigate the body section of your website then switch to BotPenguin Plugin because there is a code you need to paste on the bed of the body section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BotPenguin?

The bot is so simple yet so effective in what it is required to do.It works without any glitches day in and out and helps me fetch business I most likely miss amd wont even realise that it was there in first place.This bot has def increased my sales volume and I am very appreciative of it and won't be taking it off my website ever.
