What do you like best about BotPenguin?

What I value most about BotPenguin is the ease of customisation and flexibility it provides. The platform allows us to create tailored chatbot solutions that fit perfectly with our brand, without needing extensive technical expertise. Its user-friendly interface made it simple to get up and running quickly, and the regular updates ensure we’re always staying ahead with new features and improvements. What do you dislike about BotPenguin?

While BotPenguin is a powerful platform, one area that could be improved is the level of advanced customisation options for more complex use cases. At times, certain features feel a bit limited, and achieving very specific functionalities can require workarounds. Additionally, while the platform is regularly updated, some of the updates can cause minor disruptions, requiring adjustments on our end.
