As a BDR, I look forward to the monthly Boomerang leads, as those are past champions/power users of our product who understand our product well. Boomerang does a great job in surfacing the champions who have moved to ICP companies right to our Salesforce and Slack, also including the past relationship context which simplifies the amount of research I’d have to do otherwise. Additionally, I've seen significantly better open and reply rates with the Boomerang leads. This efficiency is not just a time-saver but also boosts the overall productivity of our sales process. For any marketing/GTM leader, what matters most is to generate a healthy pipeline coverage without burning a lot of cash. Boomerang takes ABM to the next level, by taking you 'to where the puck has gone' - by following past champions to their new jobs! The amount of data we have available to work with when it comes to the job change leads is incredible. What they've done remarkably well is help us make the most out of these data points to maximize conversions. We worked with their team to create different segments of the leads and tied those to personalized experiences and different campaigns. I evaluated Boomerang in my previous job. We were looking to invest into job change tracking software that was best in class, and at the same time affordable. Boomerang was the only player I found to fit both these requirements. Some of the other big players in the market were quoting unreasonable pricing based on all the contacts our CRM had, and did not do a good job of focusing on where we'd see potential ROI. Boomerang on the other hand, had a far more palatable pricing structure and the pricing model was largely in sync with our potential ROI. Their product had everything we needed to derive value, so no compromise on that front either. In fact they also had a couple of cool features that distinguished them from the rest of the players, especially around AI-based lead classification etc. I also loved working with their team. I appreciate the data quality, user-friendliness, and the way leads are imported into salesforce and slack, allowing me to effectively save time performing outreach. Leads are identified according to previous relationship strength and alignment with our ICP. I've noticed a significant increase in timely responses from Boomerang leads and a higher chance of conversion across the board. We've been working closely with the BA team to develop precisely what we want and need here at Narvar for our opportunities to assure they are tracking as we assume and hope. With our sales methodology and the Buyer Assist org charts (and eventually mutual plan), we have visibility over every stakeholder on an account. As with any start-up, it was a challenge to get to exactly where we need and want to be with Buyer Assist. They offer a great mutual plan but we wanted more/different offerings for our current sales process (both sales and CS). We pivoted based on where were are and what we feel we need to date. But after many iterations, their ENGG team came through with all of our continued requested variations. So dislike isn't really applicable, more time-consuming to get it just where we wanted. The product has a lot of valuable features that can plug the gap in terms of knowledge transfer between internal teams like presales, sales, and CSM/Support at various stages of the customer lifecycle ex: Pre-sales, POC, Post sales CSM handoff, etc.
It's very intuitive to use and we can invite all the stakeholders to collaborate. I find the Mutual Success Plan and Relationship hierarchy feature to be really useful.
You can customize the product as per your internal processes and the best part is the seamless integration it has with Salesforce which ensures data is 2 way synced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From a features standpoint, there is nothing amiss.
Sometimes there can be minor UI/UX issues, but the BuyeraAssist team is available on slack for support and is very quick in resolving your issues.

BuyerAssist is an excellent tool for creating mutual success plans that brings alignment and transparency for our customers.

One of the use cases that it caters to is coordination and transparency with the customers on onboarding.
There are various touchpoints with the customers for us like API onboarding, Pilot Onboarding and then continuous collaboration for Customer Success. The best part is all of this can be done based on Outcomes, nothing random. UI is fresh and easy to understand. Can iframe into our portals so that customers can see the updates right then and there.
