Booking.com for Business Pros and Cons

At my old job, I was often in charge of booking trips when employees were traveling. Booking.com made the process incredibly easy. If I ever had any problems, customer support was always helpful and available. The site made it very easy to keep track of billing so that I could send it to my superiors. I didn't have many cons for this site and typically used it as my main source when traveling. I did sometimes find rates cheaper on other sites, but that was the only negative thing I could find about this site and it did not happen very often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From the business perspective, their service team quickly pushes you to solve an issue directly with a vendor vs. them stepping in. This incident only happened once for me, but it did happen for a rental car I once rented through them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
