**What do you like best about Booking.com for Business?**

The ability to search properties by location, availability, price and number of beds and rooms.  I also appreciate the fact that you are competing directly with AirBnB, so you are listing private rooms or flats, or small commercial bedsits in addition to traditional hotels.  I usually find that, thanks to my discount, I can book the same property more cheaply via Booking.com.  I also appreciate the assistance from a customer service person when required.

**What do you dislike about Booking.com for Business?**

A long-time issue I have experienced is that search specification of number of rooms or beds seems to be ignored.  For each project I am booking for a set number of colleagues, some of whom I can ask to share twin rooms and some of whom need their own bedroom, so replies thrown up which assume that two adults can share a double bed are of no use to me.  

The system of adding names of travellers is of no use to me.  When booking I usually do not have confirmation of the names of the colleagues travelling with me as they are freelance and may be swapped before the booked dates, or for overseas projects I am probably booking the rooms far in advance, to lock in the prices I am quoting to my client, before I have engaged the crew.

I was disappointed recently to find when the chatbot could not answer my query re a stay double booked by the property, I was simply directed to a voice chatbot, which also couldn't help, so as it was the middle of the afternoon with nowhere to stay that night, I had to risk going ahead and making another booking without confirmation that the first booking would be refunded, though later communication stated that it would be.  I did later receive a call from a customer service person which was much appreciated.

Finding suitable, low-cost and available accommodation anywhere in the world with the reassurance of good customer service support should things go wrong.  It means that I can quote to clients for jobs in distant destinations months ahead with confidence and keep our prices competitive.

I like the easy booking management and payment with Booking.com for Business since all my cards are registered. I appreciate the payment efficiency, especially when booking at local hotels. It's convenient to fill in card details and have the option for a temporary block if something seems suspicious.

**What do you dislike about Booking.com for Business?**

I had a really bad experience with Booking.com for Business last summer, and I want to avoid using it as much as possible. I booked a hotel, but then I received WhatsApp messages from the so-called hotel saying that payment wasn't received. after many attemps i booked another hotel but was charged the amount of 950 euro anyway. I find your customer service very difficult to reach, and I've never had an answer on my mail. I lost 950 euro and you did not even get in toutch with me, I hope you guys go bankrupt.

I use Booking.com for Business for regional travel, and it makes it easier to find something that is good value for money. I like that it has recommendations too. The ease of use is really nice, and it's all compiled for you with a filter function that takes the stress out of booking travel. I like the Genius program too. The initial setup was very easy.

Just the rewards I receive for booking a room (which I already received for my private stays).

Booking.com for business is more expensive than booking directly with the hotels. I've tried several times to unsubscribe from my business account and switch back to private, even sending a few emails, but so far no response. The problem is that it is so cumbersome to log into the site. And asking for an invoice is also difficult, no company details are provided when booking, so you have to provide everything every time and that takes time.

Booking.com doesn't solve anything, it only gets more difficult

All the bookings are in one place and that we can add individual users to book their own accommodation.

**What do you dislike about Booking.com for Business?**

When bookings have been made with multiple hotels over the course of a week, it requires contacting each hotel for a VAT invoice.  Although we have this option ticked, not one hotel provides an invoice. 
Also, payments are taken in advance of the booking - weeks/months in advance.  We have also had hotels take deposit payments, with no confirmation that this was their policy.

When you have changes, they refer to arrange it with the hotel and that is in most cases not easy, because hotels don't answer. I think that booking business should arrange this. Because we contact the hotel and they sent me back to Booking and vice versa

I like that Booking.com for Business allows me to search for hotels relatively quickly. The speed in searching is convenient.

I don't like the customer service and the non-compliance with policies. Even though I am a Genius 3 with more than 64 bookings, I had problems with the price matching policy. The communication is tedious and evasive.

I mainly book rooms for two overnight stays... I like that Booking gives me multiple choices, pics and pricing. I like that they give me the option to pay on site.

Getting refunds from Booking seems impossible... that is why I do not pay you up front... in the remote sales person world... it only takes 1 time for me to have to cancel a trip and never get my money back.

You are providing a valuable resource for travelling sales people and other professionals... it just makes it easier to know where i am sleeping after I am done for the day.

I cannot, for example, change my email address in the account, even though we changed our email domain years ago. I cannot transfer the data to my new address.

**What do you like best about Booking.com for Business?**

We have been using booking.com for Business for over a year. Implementing the system company-wide and assigning new users and roles was very easy. We use booking.com almost every 2 weeks. We can manage our travel expenses easily as booking.com integrates with our Google Workspace. Overall we are very pleased with the website. It is easy to search and find the properties, read user reviews and complete the booking. Filters are easy to use. We had interacted multiple times with their customer service team, they are very knowledgeable and courteous.

**What do you dislike about Booking.com for Business?**

Cancellation and refund are tricky. Although they provide refunds, last-minute cancellations will result in NIL refunds. Also, I guess they do not have any real-time availability checking mechanism. Sometimes they accept a booking, but the property would have already bookedout. That needs to be sorted out.

**What problems is Booking.com for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching through hundreds of properties and shortlisting them takes away a lot of my time. Plus checking the distance from the property to our meeting place is another pain point.
Booking.com for Business solves this problem. One dashboard gives all the information you need. It also shows the distance to a specific spot from the property. They provide accurate contact information and additional options to select local taxis and food at the hotel, which is super convenient.

It is simple to use, provides a vast array of options for any service, and aids in budgeting, "Booking" it considered as largest platform for booking hotels, along with enticing discounts. With your phone, you can quickly and at the best price reserve a room.

It's challenging to make a reservation in advance during the holidays because of the prices. Additionally, they have high taxes, which you receive after about a month if you opt to have your customers pay through their website. It's safe, but high taxes.

The best part of this tool is the booking.com conditions and rates for accomodations. ou can merge your booking.com discount percentage into this one, and manage personal profile and business.

If you don't introduce your employees information there, you can't ask for a business trip. It is a little anoying when you have more than 50 employees and you need to put their information in one day. ALso, whan you book a hotel, for business purpose, you don't have the option for pay in advance. This is also very anoying bevause most part of the time your employees don't want to pay the hotel, and you need to contact the hotel to ask for the authorization form. You spend a lot of tima and effort in this process.

At the begining, booking. com offers a the practical use of merging travels +hotel. But you need to invest a lot of time, first, writing the employees information, and then asking the hotels for the advance payment and invoicing process.

Booking.com is one of the best platforms to sell your rooms online, an accessible platform, can be managed easily for rates, inventory, and content . Our team can reply to customers' requests and requirements, billing for invoices can be loaded through the platform effeciently . Analysis and reports are some of the best tools on the site, as you can track your sales statistics, booking window information, guest review scores and find positive reviews and areas that need improvements. You know your position within your competitive market. The support team is sorting out issues but can take a few days to process your requirements.

**What do you dislike about Booking.com for Business?**

The main issue with the platform is the finance team; they can't well track the monthly payment. Even though transfers are already forward and proven for the price paid, they still require proof for costs. Also, with the start of Covide 19, they started reducing some features in the platform like competition analysis which was very supportive and helpful for family-owned hotels. Customer service takes a long time to respond to business owners and suppliers.

At my old job, I was often in charge of booking trips when employees were traveling. Booking.com made the process incredibly easy. If I ever had any problems, customer support was always helpful and available. The site made it very easy to keep track of billing so that I could send it to my superiors. I love that the service was free and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Booking.com for Business?**

I didn't have many cons for this site and typically used it as my main source when traveling. I did sometimes find rates cheaper on other sites, but that was the only negative thing I could find about this site and it did not happen very often.

One of the biggest things that Booking.com did for me was speeding up the process for planning trips. Reservations can be very time-consuming, but this company made the process very quick, and the site was extremely easy to use. I loved having everything I needed in one place.

Very easy to use.  I was able to make a booking quickly without a lot of thought.

The application was pretty compreshensive.  If there is a way to reduce clicks that is even better

Its a one-stop shop for my travel needs at reasonable prices.

**What do you like best about Booking.com for Business?**

Extremely easy to use. The entire experience, from conducting destination research to making it through the end of the checkout process, was a piece of cake! Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Booking.com for Business?**

From the business perspective, their service team quickly pushes you to solve an issue directly with a vendor vs. them stepping in. This incident only happened once for me, but it did happen for a rental car I once rented through them.

**Recommendations to others considering Booking.com for Business:**

If you need a place to find pricing across the world wide web, Booking.com is a solid spot to do your research and convert for your next trip!

**What problems is Booking.com for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding a site that aggregates the entire cost by cost piece of each component within a travel agenda from flights, hotels and rental cars on top of other services!
