The system has multiple prebuilt reports to use which is nice but those reports only get you so far. We have had some custom reports built which are great but cost extra. After using other systems I really like how Penelope incorporates everything I need to into a single program. You can take care of scheduling, alerting, messaging, billing, and waiting lists all in one program. Additionally, you can keep a list of resources for referrals.
