One of the easiest pieces of reporting software I have used. Data visualisation is quick, easy and user frieldlt. Non "techy" people can easily repot on data in minutes. The support documentation is great, as well as the support ticketing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can be a bit clunky to add data into a datasource once it is created but this just means you need to put some thought into what you are trying to acheive before you start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing that there are many options for Data Sources. Being able to gather data from different datapoints and the amazing Support Team that give responses to the tickets. The platform present a lot of issues regarding DataSource refreshing, also, you have to be well versed in SQL in order to have some more complicated queries that would be quickly made on Excel, but all of this is compensated by the amazing help provided by the Support Team. It is missing finishing touches like ways to categorize attributes and measures into logical groupings for users to consume.

The table widgets, one of the most used widgets need more development, there are workarounds.

A more robust and reusable semantic layer across all dashboards that allows the creation of "Perspectives" where each department would have a slightly different version of the semantic model than other departments.

I am using Bold BI installed on my servers to provide BI and dashboards to my customer. Each customer has his own site with his own brand.

The software is very easy to use and the integration is close to painless.

The learning curve is smooth and fast. The product is excellent, and some features I am missing are already in the work plan for the next versions.

Documentation is good and enables fast learning.

Needs to improve the translation system and localization. It's a very tedious process that must also be taken into account with each update because there are functions or sections that may not work as a result of this. This is a problem to consider for non-English-speaking users.
