What do you like best about Bocada Cloud?

As a managed service provider, we needed a central location for visibility into the Veeam backups at various client sites. Previously, we relayed on Veeam email alerts, but Bocada Cloud provides us with confidence that we are not missing any Veeam alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bocada Cloud?

It is difficult to find something to dislike about Bocada Cloud, but the main issue so far is the lack of 2-factor/multi-factor authentication. However, this is being added in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bocada Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Bocada Cloud, we are now able to visualize our Veeam backups in a central location. The amount of time we use managing and evaluating our Veeam backups has been significantly reduced by Bocada Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bocada Cloud?

We have been trying to set up azure backups reporting with a clear pass/fail output --- after several support calls to Microsoft we gave up. We found bocada and started testing! Like magic, reports were clear to read, error messages show up so we can take immediate actions when backups were failing. In addition Bocada team listen, we gave them few requests and they produced results! We have been using Bocada for about 1yr now and we are very happy with it. What do you dislike about Bocada Cloud?
