BoardPro Pros and Cons

Intuitive to use and everything that makes a CoSec life more productive. BoardPro gets the basics done efficient and accurately such as agenda, board pack and minutes.

It also does away with manually updatig registers outside of the portal such as action lists, decisions, register of interests etc.

Customer support is quick and etailed with link and resources suggested. Empathetic staff that are professional and do their best to assist.

It is easy to use for the Directors prior to the meeting and using the pack on screen or offline using the PDF Board Pack.

The automationon key aspects is appreciated such as putting Minutes in the next Meeting agends, confirning Minutes at that meeting and sending for signature. is very simple.

It also charges per Board and not on the number of individuals.

Lack of back up system to client's system.

Actions not numbered - we went over from a different portal and needed to continue the same numbering system. It would have been great to have autonumbering with the user defining the first number to be in sequence with current actions list.

The access to amending agenda includes senior executive. Woud be good to have the flexibility to remove that access as to limited unauthorised changes to agenda. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is in one place and I find it easy to navigate. I particularly like being able to easily look back at past meetings. The reminders too, of actions, are very useful to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BoardPro is so easy and intuitive. It saves time with templated agendas that are simple to fill in with handy prompts. Board packs are professionally presented, and again so easy to upload documents.

If documents are uploaded that are not in BoardPro there does not seem to be an option to make notations.

For instance, we have monthly financial reports but may not have a meeting that month. I would like the ability to notate on the report from within the 'documents' file if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Board Pro saves hours of administration time preparing, collating and sending our board packs each month. It provides a one stop shop for all our board papers, signed minutes and key board documents so all trustees can find them easily. Not only that the minutes function is fantastic! I like the page view layout, and the ability to move through the pack with ease using the navigation view. i like the notification where i have marked up a paper. i like that supplementary papers can be linked in the board pack so we can find them easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to skip to the next comment/note in the pack, rather than having to scroll down every page to try to find my next note.. I'd like to be able to increase the viewing size of notes once opened, so i dont have to scroll down within a note to see the whole note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a new user of BoardPro I was unsure what to expect. I find it very easy to use, intutive and with a number of features that simplifies preparation for Board Meetings and management of the paperwork. The template agenda is very helpful and the reminders to action the tasks also ensures we stay on point. The support team is terrific and the response is within minutes.
