The BoardPro team have been a great partner throughout our full journey from recognising we needed to do things differently to getting all of our Board activity online. Having all our Board data in one system has been transformational for our Directors and the organisation. Meetings, minutes, key documents, and background info can now be centrally accessed and we can easily pull up reference data in a meeting. The organisation's executive can load their regular reports directly into the system - removing the previous system of multiple emails and never being able to find documents. It's made scheduling meetings, building agendas and distributing board packs so easy. It's not only professionalised our Board record keeping but reduced our governance risk and made it much easier for Directors to perform their roles. As a Board Chair it has considerably improved my workload. The best feature of BoardPro for us, is that it's so easy to use. **What do you dislike about BoardPro?** The only downside is entirely user related!
