Despite the short experience, the Board has been a troubleshooter without experiencing our problems for one or more years. There is nothing you dislike about the product or new people. The only problem, I can say, is that error messages can be quite ambiguous at times, and additional efforts may be needed to identify the source of the problem. Without the experience or technical knowledge that it deserves, the staff would not have been able to obtain the benefits we want, much less adapt to the platform as they have been up to now. It is the management software par excellence and performance of our company. With it, we compare product and feature reviews to create and manage a personalized list, and in turn discuss them in board meetings in a better and more productive way. In Board, the main data readers do not have the ability to filter variable parameters due to the fact that each measure is a cube, which makes it difficult to manage the developments made by others. To solve this aspect and keep it being the productive software it is until now, we implemented templates and other external tools to satisfy this limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to install and use. It offers the uniqueness of finding all the tools at your disposal on the same board. The database is easily configured. The creation of reports and other tools to expose information is done quickly. The customer service is really good, they serve us in the best way and they care about solving our problems. Over time you can see the improvements they are making and they are very receptive to listening to our opinions and implementing them in continuous updates, a very good service that is worth using.
