Probably my favourite aspect of Board is the slickness of the presentation, with very little experience it's possible to create impressive and feature rich dashboards that go way beyond what I've seen from a lot of other products, and this is something which is only getting better and better in the new versions they're releasing.
The second thing I really like is the drill-down functionality - any table or chart can be drilled into by the end-user to explore the data which makes up the figures shown with just a couple of clicks, not only does this add hugely to the user experience, but it has also drastically reduced the number of queries we get regarding data provenance and completeness. There are still some aspects of Board which need work, most are actually fairly small things such as GUI improvements which would simply give a better user experience (most noticeably at the back end for the developer). What I like most is how quickly you can create models of information and that with the same product can use busines intellegence and performance management. With the same tool I can control actuals and budget.
