What do you like best about Board?

Board brings a powerful suite of tools to the table. It's flexible and easily customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Board?

My biggest issue is with the excel add-in. While generally stable, when working with large data pulls from board, it occassionally loses the layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

User can setup it's own reports either in BOARD directly or in the Excel/Powerpoint environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Board?

One needs to be knowledgeable when to use what and they have sometimes unexpected interactions. When purchasing the software as a BI tool it has to be considered the need of a datamart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Board:

Board are great when it comes to having the knowledge and know how to build a custom based reporting system. However I would like a dedicated consultant on hand who is managing the LEGO account instead of having consultants working on various other projects and splitting their time. My recommendation will be for the consultants to focus more on after support once solution has been implemented with the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
