No software is perfect, but I think the developers did an excellent job of creating simple, comfortable and advanced features for users to increase their profits in companies. We are one of the trusted customers of Board, this product is being used by our company for more than 3 years. This is one of the best to simplify your business process. It has a quite user-friendly interface to work for. You can create all your business reports here with ease along with dashboards. It has also a forecasting option available to write back to cubes. I like our relationships with the sales team the best. Its front end reporting features and functions. Personally I also like the flexibility of Board to be a BI, FP&A, Consolidation, and Reporting tool and that Board is 100% GUI interface - no programming. I can always find someone to help with my questions. I also like the ease of installing and updating Board Software. It is pain-free compared to a lot of software I've experienced. What I like the least is the limited Board Data Reader for flat files. It does not specify what fails to load in detail from the Board Data Reader log. It does not allow for both fields and columns reading at the same time. We should never have to massage/manipulate any files GL extracts to load into Board. It does not allow for exception maps (i.e. all data is mapped one-to-one except for the following). On-line documentation and Knowledge Base are limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used board during one of my mission and was amazed by all it's features, i liked best :

- The fact that it is all in one

- The predictive analysis

- Analysis and planification on same platfrom

- All-in-one Tool

Before using board our report models were created manually, But after using the same it simplifies our work and reduces human labor. It is very easy to use a newbie will also get used to its features in 2-3 days. It is about getting the management and development of financial data. It is quite flexible and the speed of the software is also good. You can use automatic functions to generate reports. It improves your business outcomes. Android application for the same is not available. Sometimes bugs are reported in the same and it takes time to get it resolved. The support team doesn't respond to queries very quickly. Board provides the better platform for Decision making while analyzing the data related to business, also the BoardVille platform helps learning new things, getting your queries solved by the members in BOARDVille community, you can learn anything like tools on MS office.
