It's a little difficult in its first use because of its robustness and difficulty. One of the disadvantages or weaknesses that BOARD currently has is that some graphic settings are not customization and although it is not a performance issue it is a limitation in use. Also a big problem that BOARD has is that their support team is very slow to help users solve problems with the platform, the last time we had a problem with BOARD we had to wait four hours for the support team to provide us with answers and it was really something very frustrating for us since our organization depends greatly on BOARD. I appreciate very much this software and I didn't find any big issue till now. There's only one thing I have noticed: in a dashboard containing a summary table it's not possible to place the sum of the columns in the first row but only at the end and this is not helpful in case of a large number of rows.
