Board intelligence is a great platform for reading board papers. I love the ability to sync between devices, annotate papers, share comments, and respond to comments shared with me. It's really easy to use. As someone sits on another board that doesn't use board intelligence, I find those papers far harder to review as I can't scribble my thoughts or comments all over them, which I'm used to doing on the Board Intelligence platform.
I also love the templates which as an author help guide you on best practice. The training that we received as authors on how to write better papers was brilliant and the level of support from the board intelligence team to embed a new style of reporting was incredibly helpful. The one challenge I have is when papers are replaced after I've read the pack, my annotations can move around. Our corporate governance team now knows not to replace papers last minute, and instead add as an additional paper to prevent this from happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I previously used Board Intel in my last two workplaces so had no hesitation in recommending and implementing it in the current company. The ease of use is a standout feature, navigating through the platform is intuitive, and users were able to get started with a minimal learning curve. The implementation was a breeze as well. The setup and integration were straightforward and I appreciated the helpful resources provided along with the excellent one-to-one support by the customer relations team. When required, the customer support was exceptional.
