The system is user friendly from an admin user perspective. It present information clearly to the users and allows a large amount of storage for past information to be accessed.
They have developed it over the years and the use of adding your own columns on agendas has been really beneficial for us.

Board Intelligence has been a game changer for our business. We use to build and distribute Board materials through PDF. This has saved time and built capacity in my Cosec Team, saved review time with the Boards and increased our effectiveness. BI dedicated a team and trainers to help launch the product in our business. There is a constant support team availbale 24/7. This has become a crucial and daily tool of our team. We have a highly bespoke business. BI is helpful in consulting us in road map of development and taken on board our suggestions. In the three years we have used the product, the only significant issue was a backend reporting. We had a unique request that could not be met in the reporting avialbale. I am an administrator for a board support team and this platform has made my job relatively easier. I like that it's fairly streamlined and allows us to circulate reminders with ease. It also gives you a big picture view of all bookcases a single contact is attached to which is very helpful. Overall, BI is a user-friendly platform providing a great opportunity for commissioning papers directly via the platform, avoiding multiple emails and follow-ups for CoSecs. It's also very helpful to have report templates available within BI, and we are actively using these templates for reports throughout boards to have an aligned approach. Since joining Board Intelligence I have saved hours of time in my job as a PA collating Board and Committee packs. The system is very intuitive and simple to use. It is great in meeting when I want to send messages to the Chair if they have for example missed an agenda item and I can just send them a message through the system. I would highly recommend this system.

Board Intelligence provides an excellent, professional looking platform for loading and distributiong board papers. It is easy to use from start to finish, the board agenda is very intuitive and makes planning a breeze. The upload of papers is easy and quick with the ability to set permissions to specific board members while keeping confidential papers at a need to know basis is quick and simple. The annotation function is a very handy feature for board members to share comments.
In terms of support, it is first class! all support requests have been answered in an extremely quick and professional manner.

The most recent upgrade to Board Intelligence failed on my old MacBook. However, instead of just disregarding this and telling me just to upgrade, the team at Board Intelligence worked with me to get it working again.
